  • Call recordings and transcripts
  • Caller name, phone number, and the content of the conversation
  • Appointment details and scheduling information
  • Quotes or service inquiries discussed during the call

Information collected automatically

When you visit our site, we automatically collect certain information through cookies and analytics tools, including:

  • Pages visited and time spent on each page
  • Referring website or source
  • Browser type and operating system
  • General geographic location (city/country level)
  • Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Contact you to schedule your free consultation
  • Understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it
  • Respond to questions or requests you send us
  • Send you relevant product updates or announcements (only if you've opted in)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • Google Analytics (GA4) — We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our site. Google may set cookies on your browser. You can opt out via Google's opt-out browser add-on.
  • Resend — When you submit the consultation request form, your information is transmitted via Resend, our email delivery provider, to deliver your inquiry to our team. Resend's privacy policy is available at resend.com.

5. SMS Communications

When Daily Labs or a Business Customer using Daily Labs sends SMS messages to you (for example, appointment confirmations, reminders, or follow-ups), we collect and process your mobile phone number, the date and time of your consent, the content and timing of messages, and your replies (including STOP/HELP requests).

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support the SMS service — such as Twilio (our messaging provider) and ElevenLabs (our voice agent provider) — is permitted under this policy solely for the purpose of operating the service. These subcontractors are bound by their own privacy obligations and may not use the information for independent marketing.

Message frequency varies by appointment activity; a typical recipient receives 2-5 messages per appointment.

Message and data rates may apply, charged by the recipient's mobile carrier.

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message.

6. Cookies

Our site uses cookies to support analytics. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling cookies may affect how some parts of the site function.

7. Data Retention

We retain consultation request information for as long as necessary to follow up on your inquiry and for legitimate business purposes. Analytics data is retained according to the default retention settings of Google Analytics (up to 14 months).

Call recordings, transcripts, and related service data are retained for as long as necessary to provide the AI receptionist service to the merchant, and for a reasonable period afterward for quality assurance and legal compliance. Merchants may request deletion of their call data by contacting us.

  • The merchant is the data controller and is responsible for obtaining any required consent from their own customers before using our services.
  • We process end-customer data (such as caller name, phone number, and call content) solely to provide the contracted AI receptionist services.
  • We do not use end-customer data for our own marketing purposes or sell it to third parties.
  • Merchants are responsible for informing their customers that an AI receptionist may be handling their calls and for complying with all applicable privacy and telecommunications laws.
